Thanks for your interest in Eastern Shore Dance Academy. We are thrilled to have you as part of our dance family!

To complete enrollment, please go to the registration page and fill out our waiver.  The studio rules should be read through with your child and posted at home where he/she can readily see them.  You must go online and digitally sign the waiver BEFORE your dancer comes for class.

Note:  You must complete online registration that includes the following forms (you can print these forms to have a copy of what you are signing online)
